Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Timeframe

  Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We aim for swift order processing and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.

• Cancellation Request

  To cancel an order, please email us at hello@lovepangolin.com with your order ID and a statement indicating the reason for cancellation.

• Refund for Cancelled Orders

  Upon cancellation within the specified timeframe, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Cancellation Beyond 24 Hours

  Orders cannot be cancelled beyond the initial 24-hour window once they have entered the processing and shipping stages. Customers may reject the delivery at the time of receipt, and we will issue a refund deducting Rs. 150/- to cover operational and logistical charges.

• Cancellation Limitations

  Certain products, especially customised or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation. Our team will provide specific guidance during the purchase process.
